Position Objective The Manager, Spare Parts Planning leads Konica Minolta spare parts purchasing processing to ensure high fulfillment rates within North America.  This role is an exciting and challenging position for an individual with strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba/EDI, BW, domestic & international logistics and cost accounting. Essential Job Functions Maintain spare parts warehouse inventory at effective levels to ensure high fulfillment rates, turn rates and EOL controls Control set-up and maintenance of SAP material master maintenance for spare parts including management of the KM PINS automated spare parts system Oversee & lead ongoing development of the KM automated spare parts planning, purchase order and invoicing systems Oversee and coordinate inbound receiving processes and schedules for shipments from domestic and international suppliers Plan & produce PM Kits for domestic sales and service requirements Process spare parts & supply purchase orders for special KM accounts Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba procurement, Servigistics or other planning systems required  Strong MS Office experience, with emphasis in Excel (advanced level) and Gmail Strong analytical skills with effective time/ project management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate employees Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of international logistics and understanding import/export requirements Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications 3-5 years of Management or progressive leadership  experience 3-5 years Planning, Purchasing & Inventory experience (SAP, Servigistics, Ariba preferred) B2B interface management experience (EDI / CXML procurement , 3PL Warehousing, supplier portal) Minimum 4 yeardegree preferably in related field Konica Minolta Offers:   Outstanding benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, company-provided disability and life insurance) 401(k) plan with matching company contribution Generous holiday and paid time off schedules Tuition Assistance Program Employee Referral Bonus Program Ongoing professional development training Visible, exciting work supporting sales of cutting edge technology and workflow solutions.   Join Konica Minolta and help drive innovation as we transform the Workplace of the Future.(TM) Konica Minolta is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
