Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Ops Analyst III!


This position performs key analytical functions within Direct Administration. This includes analysis and publication of work load, error rates, dashboard performance, etc. Additionally facilitates JSOX audits for the team, tests new IT capabilities, and submits enhancement requests as needed. May also provide processing support for unique order types or workload overflow situations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform a variety of analytical and reporting functions

  • Document and coordinate requirements

  • Recommend, create specifications and test system enhancements

  • Create end user based solutions

  • Provide support of existing internal solutions

  • Participate as business representative in multiple projects including data base conversions and enhancements

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Project and MS Access including data base creation and report design

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • SAP and B/W experience a plus

  • Detail oriented, exceptional communication skills (written/verbal), and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently, understands and respects confidentiality

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 3+ years of comparable experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
