Can you complement our team?
BS in Accounting or Finance required with 1-3 year's previous experience
Strong ability in Microsoft Excel including data manipulation and pivot tables
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English with the ability to converse and write in business level Spanish is a must
Ability to meet deadlines and interface with all other departments of the company.
Are you ready for challenge?
o Will perform a range of essential duties such as: posting to general ledger, periodic reconciliations, ad-hoc analysis and full scope management of corporate credit card program
o Works with the Finance Manager to produce exception reporting, anomaly reporting and end of month close process
o Responsible for preparing journal entries, post payroll to the General Ledger from payroll processor files, manage corporate credit card program, reconcile invoices and payments to related party vendors, expense management, purchase order management and liaise with headquartersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
