Role Overview:
As an Executive Level Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in our lending operations, taking charge of the entire loan process from origination to close.
You will be responsible for leveraging your extensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending, strong relationships with lenders, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process.

Mortgage Broker
Responsibilities:
Negotiating with banks and credit lenders to find the best loan solution for clients and investors.
Acquiring new clients and assessing their financing needs.
Acting as a go-between for lenders and borrowers in need of mortgage loans.
Leveraging strong existing relationships with lending institutions.
Ensuring compliance with banking and financial laws on the state and federal levels.
Helping clients complete and understand all the necessary paperwork.
Mortgage Broker Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Currently licensed as a Mortgage Broker in NYS or NJS.
7-10 years' work experience and proven track record as a Mortgage Broker, with significant experience in commercial real estate lending and loan origination.
In-depth knowledge of the entire loan process, including documentation, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Strong network and established relationships with lenders and borrowers in the commercial real estate lending industry.
Excellent financial analysis and risk assessment skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
