As a Moulding Operator, you will be required to manufacture roto-moulded products without non-conformances and achieving scheduled targets.
Teamwork is essential as you manage your time to ensure maximum efficiency within the department.
Moulding Operator
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the manufacturing of all types of products to the required quality while adhering to department processes and procedures, always including H&S.
Display excellent time management skills by maintaining schedule throughout the production of each product and to be able to get ahead of schedule where possible.
Help the Final Assembly & Production Manager by completing general duties.
Coordinate with the Final Assembly & Production Manager to gain on-the-job training in all the department manufacturing processes to continually improve skills and efficiency.
Be fully versed in all aspects of product manufacturing in the department.
Regularly self-check work to ensure that a high-quality product is produced with no non-conformances.
Capable of producing an effective prototype product and liaising with the Final Assembly & Production Manager to highlight any possible flaws or changes needed from the drawing or model to improve the product.
Continually develop skills to enhance the capability of the department.
Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy.
Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives.
