We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and hands-on candidate with prior experience in administrative and operations support to join our growing team as an Operations Administrator.
The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college graduate with an understanding of lending and finance.
Prior experience with a merchant cash advance business is ideal but not required.
Prior experience in a small office environment is highly desired.
Must be computer savvy.
The Operations Administrator would be responsible for the following:
Processing merchant cash advance applications and preparing contracts.
Coordinating with sales agents on collecting documentation from customers.
Communicate/guiding merchants and clients through the funding process.
Calling partners/clients to clarify information, follow up on pending offers, etc.
Clerical duties include typing, data entry, copying, scanning, sending out emails.
Continually learn the business, support operations, and enhance processes.
Utilize LendTech Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Be flexible to assist with requests after hours on occasions.
Qualifications:
Recent college graduate with a degree in finance or a strong interest in finance.
2-3 years max of professional experience working in a busy office environment.
Strong computer skills, ability to streamline a process without compromising results.
Positive attitude, calm demeanor, learns quickly, and eager to grow with a business.
Excellent phone and email communication skills Proficient in using MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills, attention to details, goal oriented, ability to multi-task Financial Industry Experience -MCA experience is ideal but not required.
Job details Hours:
Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM Onsite at Cignature Financial offices in Upper Saddle River, NJ Reports to Managing Partner and Sr.
Underwriter Compensation:
