Position Objective Konica Minolta is looking for a Mgr, Talent Acquisition Operations who will be instrumental in scaling the TA function by bringing synergy between data, processes and systems. In this role, you will lead operational activities while delivering a world class candidate and hiring manager experience. The TA team will rely on you to model and share best practices as we develop strategies to hire top tier and diverse talent. This role will also lead a team of coordinators, manage vendor relationships and be a key player in our branding strategy. Essential Job Functions o Track and monitor key data and report using appropriate metrics to measure performance of the Talent Acquisition team. o Advance the usage of hiring analytics and develop dashboards to gain insights into trends. o Lead the team of Recruiting coordinators to deliver unparalleled candidate and hiring manager experience through the recruiting process o Oversee a campus recruiting coordinator to implement streamlined, scalable programs, processes and tools in support of the campus recruiting and internship program. o Cultivate meaningful relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and administration representatives at universities and colleges to enable student outreach and build Konica Minoltas on-campus brand. o Assume the role of functional SME for workflows and processes and implement a culture of continuous improvement. o Build robust internal process documentation to support recruiting programs and recruiting operations. o Regularly evaluate and evolve policies and processes, recommending improvements where needed o Identify risks, evaluate and recommend options, to realize full potential of our ATS and the highly coordinated applications within the recruiting ecosystem while ensuring data integrity is maintained o Be instrumental in selecting and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance recruiting and hiring manager capabilities, and to elevate the candidate experience. o Establish and manage vendor relationships, evaluate ROI and track deliverables against SLAs. o Partner with leadership to develop and deploy programs including employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives and recruiting events. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) o A proven self-starter who can identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions o Demonstrated success in envisioning, creating and deploying programs in the TA space o Leadership skills in developing and holding accountable direct reports o Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a constantly evolving business landscape o Possess a collaborative working style, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a geographically distributed and matrixed organization. o Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication o A compulsive learner willing to adopt, adapt, implement and share their learnings to further the TA teams capabilities. Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications o Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management or equivalent preferred. o 5
years in Talent Acquisition operations with at least 2 years in a lead role o 2
years in university recruiting operations. o Experience building new TA processes with a focus on optimization and scalability and how to implement changes to drive efficiency. o Experience with cloud based ATS and CRM systems and a passion for technology and automation o Experience in vendor management Konica Minolta Offers:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
