Position Objective Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is undergoing an HR transformation and we invite you to be a part of this exciting change. We are evolving our Human Resources function to align more strategically with the vision and goals of our business and seek an experienced HR professional who will add value to the organization by providing consultation and support to our internal customers in support of the HR strategy and operations. We are searching for a collaborative, data and technology savvy, customer-focused HR professional who is passionate about continuous learning, providing hands on support to the business while enabling an engaging employee experience. The HRBP will act as a liaison in the execution of programs to ensure seamless delivery in partnership with supporting COEs. Essential Job Functions Performance Management Enable a culture of continuous feedback and high performing teams by supporting performance management processes, including communication of process and implementation of tools, calibration of talent and guidance to managers on effective coaching and feedback delivery. Employee Relations Create trusting relationships with leaders and employees by recognizing and facilitating the resolution of friction points that impact organizational effectiveness and impede a culture of high performance, well-being, inclusion and belonging. This includes conducting and managing investigations to resolution and coaching leaders and employees on performance concerns. The HRBP is expected to identify the root cause of issues and work with team members and leaders to propose solutions to mediate challenges caused by gaps in understanding, process or capabilities. Leverage ER data to understand trends and identify opportunities for training and programs to mitigate risk as well as influence key decisions, process improvements and policy changes. Talent Management Identify immediate and future skill and talent needs and help execute a talent strategy that responds to current and changing business needs which includes succession planning, talent acquisition, talent development and retention strategies. Participate in the evaluation of talent and provide guidance on internal and external offers. Partner to ensure we are focused on attracting and retaining diverse and highly qualified talent. Training and Development Leverage knowledge of existing on-the-job, learning content and mentoring programs and opportunities to support organizational and individual development needs. Enable a culture of innovation and inclusion via propagating continuous learning and growth mindset by championing individual development planning and organizational change. Change Management Lead as a change agent in helping managers and employees understand, process and support impactful changes to the organization. Participate in the creation of change management planning with leaders and within the HR function including communications, training and measures to support of change management efforts. Culture Drive culture improvement through understanding of employee feedback and engagement data and helping leaders and employees achieve improvement in key priority areas. Provide insights into external trends and internal data to understand opportunities to improve employee engagement. HR Transformation Partner on cross functional projects in an effort to improve processes, increase efficiencies and enhance the employee experience and enable sustainable change. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) o This position requires exposure and experience in a variety of capabilities within Human Resources (recruiting/staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies, and performance management) o Ability to manage confidential information and data; strong understanding of the sensitivity involved in the work o Exceptional judgement; ability to assess situations and react quickly in a fast-paced environment o Strong analytical skills; experience identifying and analyzing data and presenting information to provide value-added solutions or recommendations o Has the ability to understand the HR implications of various business strategies; translate them into effective HR management solutions and drive them to execution. o Can effectively build an inclusive culture with deep ER experience resolving problems and coaching leaders. o Demonstrates excellence in verbal, written and interpersonal communications, problem analysis, leadership, team building, and the ability to work collaboratively and develop and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships. o Reliable, agile, and strong organizational skills. o Willing to roll up your sleeves with a get it done approach; o Proficiency in digital tools - PC and HR technology application literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet plus experience with sophisticated HRIS and assessment tools). Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications o BS/BA degree and at least five years of professional human resources experience o MBA preferred Konica Minolta Offers:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
